Ellen Bruder-Moore Abramowitz, Treasurer of the Flo Creed-Jacobson Initiative and Vice President of Housing and Community Initiatives Ellen Bruder-Moore Abramowitz joined Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) in November of 2007 and currently serves in the role of Vice President of Housing and Community Initiatives. In this role she is responsible for the oversight of the Supportive Housing Programs, and other prevention and wellness community initiatives. She currently serves on the Taunton Opiate Task Force (TOTF), Treasurer of the Prevention and Wellness Network (PWN), and oversees the Greater Bristol County/Attleboro/Taunton Coalition to End Homelessness (GBCATCH)
Ms. Bruder-Moore has developed residential and other recovery and rehabilitation focused services in New Jersey, California and Massachusetts. She has been active in the recovery and rehabilitation movement for over 37 years, advocating for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness or substance use disorders to 2 have choice and control of their own lives, while engaging in programs that offer housing, employment, education, and social supports to sustain their growth.
