Ellen Bruder-Moore AbramovitzTreasurer
Ellen Bruder-Moore Abramowitz, Treasurer of the Flo Creed-Jacobson Initiative, is a long-time leader in housing, wellness, and community recovery. As Vice President of Housing and Community Initiatives at CCBC, she oversees supportive housing, prevention programs, and regional homelessness initiatives. With over 37 years in recovery advocacy and a background in psychology and business, Ellen is dedicated to empowering individuals living with mental health and substance use challenges.

Ed MartinezTitle
Ed is a passionate, caring, and courageous mentor dedicated to uplifting others. As a longtime lead mentor with Boys to Men New England and an Elder in the Mankind Project, he is committed to supporting personal growth, emotional healing, and healthy masculinity. He brings heart, playfulness, and deep compassion to every community he serves.

John DiCicco, PhDTitle
John has been a professor at Curry College since 1999, teaching management, economics, labor law, and leadership while helping develop the college’s MBA program in Leadership and Strategic Planning. A published author of four books on leadership and personal growth, he has served on numerous boards, including as past chair of the Old Colony YMCA Youth Division. John holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and Professional Development.

Kate OfodileTitle
Kate taught English and Geography in the middle school, for many years, in Nigeria. She also has a strong background in marketing, human services and is a Realtor in her spare time and thrives working in the Mental Health Field.
She has several leadership positions in several Nigerian organizations in Both MA and RI and has always been a very productive member of the FCJI Board. |
Ron PaCy Ph.DTitle
Ron has been an educator for over 52 years. His final position was School Superintendent of the Bridgewater Public Schools where he successfully applied for and received $900K grants.
He currently teaches mindfulness and critical thinking at the university level. He earned his PhD in history and taught in the public schools for many years. |
Susan CaseyTitle
Susan E. Casey, MSW, MFA, is an author, intuitive mental health clinician, grief coach, and podcaster with over 30 years of experience supporting teens and adults through loss and healing. She teaches online grief courses, facilitates groups for bereaved parents, and hosts Rock Your Shine, a podcast sharing transformational stories of resilience. Susan’s work is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity to turn pain into purpose and reclaim their inner light.
